Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend of US$0.0021 per share was declared at a Board meeting held on May 28, 2019. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.2804 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 28, 2019 to all ordinary shareholders on record as at June 14, 2019. The ex-dividend date is June 13, 2019.
