Dividend Declaration: Express Catering Limited (ECL)

September 19, 2018

Express Catering Limited (ECL) has advised that the Directors have concluded on an interim dividend payment of US 0.0611 cents per share for a total pay-out of US$ 1,000,512.50 to all shareholders on record on October 1, 2018. It is proposed that the payment date be January 4, 2019. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2018.
