Jamaica Public Services Company Limited (JPS) has advised that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 27, 2018 declared quarterly dividends payable on October 1, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2018 on the undermentioned classes of preferences shares:

$0.035 on the 7% Cumulative Preferences shares “B”

$0.025 on the 5% Cumulative Preferences shares “C”

$0.025 on the 5% Cumulative Preferences shares “D”

$ 0.03 on the 6% Cumulative Preferences shares “E”

The ex-dividend date is September 13, 2018.
