Dividend Declaration: Jamaica Public Services Limited (JPS)

Jamaica Public Services Limited (JPS) has advised that at a meeting held on November 12, 2018, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of Two Million Three Hundred and Thirty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-Seven United States Dollars and Nine Cents (US$2,332,827.09) or 0.94999999 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference shares of the Company payable on November 30, 2018 to share/stockholders on record at the close of business on November 26, 2018. The ex-dividend date is November 23, 2018.
