Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has advised that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.16 per ordinary share payable on August 30, 2022 to shareholders on record as at August 5, 2022. The ex-dividend date is August 4, 2022. The JSE has also advised that the Board, at its meeting held on July 20, 2022, appointed Mrs. Kerry-Ann McKoy Tulloch as a Director effective July 20, 2022.
