JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has declared an interim dividend of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per ordinary stock unit to stockholders on record as at November 24, 2020. The interim dividend will be payable on December 21, 2020, subject to the following conditions: i. Payment will be made in keeping with the Bank of Jamaica’s previously issued guidelines regarding payment of dividends by Financial Holding Company designates ii. Accordingly, subject to the consent of those shareholders holding more than 1% of the Company’s ordinary shares as at the record date, payment will be made only to eligible shareholders who hold 1% or less of the ordinary shares in the Company. The ex-dividend date will be November 23, 2020.
