Main Event Entertainment Group Limited (MEEG) has declared an interim dividend of $0.10 per share payable on October 25, 2022, to shareholders on record at the close of business on October 11, 2022. The ex-dividend date is October 10, 2022. MEEG has also advised that at its Board meeting held on September 27, 2022, Ms. Katherine P. C. Francis, Attorney-at-Law, was appointed as a Director of the Company, effective September 27, 2022.
