NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised that its Board meeting to consider and approve the release of the nine-month unaudited financial statements has been scheduled for August 4, 2020. Further to the NCBFG releases issued in April and May 2020, it is not proposed to have declaration of a dividend considered at this meeting.
