PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that the Board of Directors, at its Board meeting held on May 13, 2019, adopted a Resolution to declare a second interim dividend for the year 2019 in the amount of 26.5 cents per stock unit payable on June 19, 2019 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on May 29, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 28, 2019.
