Proven Group Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.002 per share was declared at a Board meeting held on February 9, 2023. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.3087 per share. This dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on February 24, 2023, and will be paid on March 13, 2023.
