Proven Group Limited (PROVEN) has declared a dividend of US$0.0017 per share. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of J$0.2697 per share. The dividend is payable on December 13, 2024 to shareholders on record as at November 29, 2024. The ex-dividend date is November 29, 2024.
