Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that the Board of Directors have confirmed that a dividend amount of twenty-one (21) cents and nine (9) cents per stock unit be paid to shareholders per following Resolutions:

1. “We the Directors hereby agree that the dividend in the amount of twenty-one (21) cents per stock unit paid to shareholders on record as at May 16, 2018 to be paid on June 1, 2018.”
2. “We the Directors hereby agree that a special dividend in the amount of nine (9) cents per stock unit be paid out of retained earnings as at March 31, 2018, be paid to shareholders on record as at May 16, 2018 to be paid on June 1, 2018.”
3. “That to facilitate the dividend payment to stockholders, Ms. Colleen Morris the Company’s Register will have access and be empowered to request information, place stop-orders, and to remove stop-order as necessary.”

The ex-dividend date is May 15, 2018.
