November 11, 2025

Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) announces that the Board of Directors has decided to exercise the option to extend the Invitation made in its Bond Prospectus dated October 7, 2025.

The decision to extend the offer period was made in light of the widespread impact of Hurricane Melissa across Jamaica, which has affected communities and general market activity during this time.

Accordingly, the Closing Date has been moved from November 13, 2025, to December 31, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. The Company retains the right to close the offer earlier, with notice published on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website.

Dolla remains fully operational and continues to serve its customers islandwide. In addition, the Company has been actively supporting recovery efforts and contributing to relief initiatives in the communities most impacted by the hurricane.
