Express Catering Limited (Express) refers to the Prospectus published on February 2, 2024, in respect of its 8.50 % USD Senior Unsecured Bonds Due 2027 (the Bond Prospectus).

In relation to interest commencement, the Bond Prospectus provides that:

“Interest will begin to accrue from the date an Applicant receives an Allocation Certificate or other written confirmation of the commencement of accrual interest (whichever is earlier).”

Express Catering Limited wishes to advise Prospective Investors that it has instructed the Lead Broker, Mayberry Investments Limited (“Mayberry”) that after opening (9:00AM on Friday, February 9, 2024) the Lead Broker is to provide written confirmation of the commencement of interest on the date the Lead Broker receives from the Applicant*:

(i) an approved Application completed in accordance with the Bond Prospectus; and

(ii) cleared US$ funds necessary to purchase the Bonds (including any fees) applied for by the Applicant.

Prospective Investors should read the Bond Prospectus in full before submitting an Application.
