Massy Holdings Limited (MASSY) for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 reported a 7% increase in Revenue totalling TT$12.65 billion compared to TT$11.84 billion in the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the third quarter increased by 6% to close at TT$4.14 billion compared to TT$3.92 billion for the comparable quarter of 2025.
Operating Profit after Finance Costs amounted to TT$772.96 million, a 3% decrease relative to TT$798.54 million reported for the nine months ended June 30, 2025. The company booked Operating Profit after Finance Costs of TT$188.14 million for the third quarter versus TT$245.83 million reported for the similar quarter of 2025.
Share of Profit of Associates and Joint Ventures decreased by 13% to close at TT$10.07 million (2025: TT$11.60 million), while Profit Before Tax decreased by 3% from TT$810.13 million in 2025 to TT$783.04 million in the period under review. For the third quarter, Profit Before Tax amounted to TT$192.70 million, representing a 24% decrease from TT$253.45 million reported in the similar quarter of 2025. As a result, Income Tax Expense for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to TT$292.25 million, a 4% increase relative to TT$280.71 million reported in 2025. Income Tax Expense for the third quarter amounted to TT$74.17 million, a 17% decrease relative to TT$89.10 million reported in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Profit for the Period from Continuing Operations for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to TT$490.79 million, a 7% decrease relative to TT$529.42 million reported in 2025. Profit from Continuing Operations for the third quarter amounted to TT$118.53 million, a 28% decrease relative to TT$164.35 million reported in the similar quarter of 2025.
Loss from Discontinued Operations for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to TT$11.05 million compared to a profit of TT$13.83 million reported in 2025. The company also reported a Loss on Sale of Discontinued Operations of TT$109.75 million for the period. Consequently, Profit for the Period for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to TT$370.00 million, a 32% decrease relative to TT$543.25 million reported in 2025. Profit for the Period for the third quarter amounted to TT$112.96 million compared to TT$167.04 million reported in the similar quarter of 2025.
Profit Attributable to Owners of the Parent for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 decreased by 36% to TT$322.26 million compared to TT$500.48 million in 2025. For the third quarter, Profit Attributable to Owners of the Parent amounted to TT$94.89 million, a 38% decrease relative to TT$152.22 million reported in the prior year.
Total Comprehensive Income for the nine months amounted to TT$428.04 million, a 22% decrease from the TT$551.09 million reported in 2025. For the third quarter, Total Comprehensive Income for the Period was TT$145.24 million compared to TT$167.99 million in 2025.
Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the nine months amounted to TT$0.16 or approximately J$3.80 (2025: EPS: TT$0.25 or approximately J$6.02), while Earnings Per Share for the quarter totalled TT$0.05 or approximately J$1.12 (2025: EPS: TT$0.08 or approximately J$1.83). Earnings Per Share from Continuing Operations for the nine months amounted to TT$0.22 or approximately J$5.23, while Earnings Per Share from Discontinued Operations amounted to a loss of TT$0.06 or approximately J$1.43. The twelve-month trailing EPS was TT$0.275 or approximately J$6.42, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 1,979,384,540.
Notably, MASSY’s stock price closed the trading period on August 7, 2026 at J$72.35, with a corresponding P/E ratio of approximately 11.27x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The Group’s assets totalled TT$16.18 billion (2025: TT$15.46 billion). The increase in total assets was mainly driven by Cash and Cash Equivalents, which rose to TT$1.94 billion from TT$1.49 billion. Other Non-Current Assets also increased to TT$980.22 million from TT$742.11 million, while Financial Assets rose to TT$1.95 billion from TT$1.74 billion. Property, Plant and Equipment also increased to TT$3.88 billion from TT$3.73 billion.
Shareholder’s equity amounted to TT$8.36 billion (2025: TT$7.88 billion), representing a book value per share of TT$4.23 or approximately J$98.74. This compares to TT$3.98 or approximately J$94.81.
