Mayberry Group Ltd. (MGL) has advised that Mr. Patrick Bataille, a Global Executive Leader in Financial Services and Digital Transformation has been appointed Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mayberry Investments Limited with immediate effect. Mr. Bataille is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation across financial services, fintech, and related sectors. He has held leadership roles at renowned firms including Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), Pershing, TD Waterhouse Institutional, Citigroup, PwC Advisory, and BNY Mellon.
Mr. Gary Peart, former CEO of Mayberry Investments Limited, has been appointed CEO of Mayberry Group Limited with immediate effect.
Mr. Gary Peart has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Mayberry Investments Limited with effect from November 1, 2024.
Mr. Christopher Berry and Mr. Konrad Mark Berry will continue in their respective roles of Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Mayberry Group Ltd. and the other Group companies.
