Mayberry Investments Limited – Notice of Early Closure of its Secured Bond Offer

Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) announces that its 10.25% Secured Bonds due 2027 have been oversubscribed and its Board has chosen to exercise its right to close the Invitation for Applicants to apply to purchase the Secured Bonds on February 27, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.  This Notice of early closure is provided in accordance with the terms specified in the Prospectus dated January 22, 2025.

 

The Basis of Allotment for the 10.25% Secured Bonds due 2027 will be published on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website at www.jamstockex.com.

 

MIL wishes to thank all Applicants that participated in the Secured Bonds and to congratulate all MIL partners and team members that have been crucial in making this Bond offering a success.
