Mayberry Investments Limited Tranche III Bond Upsize Notice

Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) announces that due to excess demand, the Board of Directors have decided to exercise their option to up-size the Invitation (made pursuant to its Bond Prospectus published on Friday, January 24, 2025) to J$3,450,000,000 by making an additional J$1,150,000,000 available in the 10.25% Secured Bonds due 2027 available for subscription.

MIL further advises that while the Invitation was initially scheduled for closure on February 28, 2025, the Company reserves the right to close early.
