MAYBERRY JAMAICAN EQUITIES (MJE) ANNOUNCES OVER-SUBSCRIPTION OF ITS MJE BOND OFFERING

(Kingston, Jamaica) MJE announces that its MJE Bond Offering has been oversubscribed, and its Board of Directors has chosen to close the invitation made in its Bond Prospectus dated August 8, 2025, on September 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

The Basis of Allotment of the MJE Bonds will be published on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website at www.jamstockex.com.

MJE wishes to thank all applicants that participated in this offering and to congratulate all MJE partners and team members that have been crucial in making this bond offering a success.
