Margaritaville Caribbean Limited (MCL9) has advised that the Board of Directors have unanimously resolved to de-list the 9% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company, effective June 16, 2017. Following the de-listing of the Preference Shares, the Preference Shares will be held in certificated form. The Company will issue certificates to the holders of record on the date of de-listing. Thereafter transfers of the Preference Shares shall attract transfer tax and stamp duty at the applicable rates (currently 6% combined).
