Mayberry Investments Limited – Over-Subscription and Early Closure of Bond Offer

Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) announces that its 10.75% Secured Bonds due 2025 have been oversubscribed and its Board has chosen to close the subscription lists early on September 10, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.

The Basis of Allotment of 10.75% Secured Bonds due 2025 will be published on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website at www.jamstockex.com.

MIL wishes to thank all Applicants that participated in the Secured Bonds and to congratulate all MIL partners and team members that have been crucial in making this Bond offering a success.
