Panjam Investment Limited (PJAM) – Proposal to Amend Articles of Incorporation
Panjam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that a special meeting of their Board of Directors has been convened for July 15, 2020, in order to consider and make a recommendation to the shareholders to amend the Articles of Incorporation to include other things, the holding of General Meeting via electronic, and /or other hybrid, means.
PJAM further stated that this proposal will be presented at their Annual General Meeting to be scheduled for September 1, 2020.
