PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that on June 1, 2017, PJAM in accordance with exemptions granted by the Financial Services Commission, successfully raised $2.687 billion by way of a Private Bond Placement.
A. The funds raised were allocated as follows:
B. Tranche A – $ 1,195,000,000 (2020) – fixed at 8.25%
C. Tranche B – $ 1,492,000,000 (2025) – fixed at 9% for the first 4 years then varies at 2% above the 6-month Treasury Bill rates for the next four years.
