Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that it is seeking to raise US$16.547 million by offering to its shareholders, as recorded on the share registry records of the Company on the record date, the right to participate in a rights issue of one (1) share for every block of eight (8) ordinary shares already held at a subscription price of US$0.24 or J$31.20 per share. The Rights Issue will be in respect of an additional 68,949,472 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
The record date for the Rights Issue is June 30, 2017 and the ex-date is June 28, 2017.
