Unaudited financials for the six months ended December 31, 2025:

Pulse Investments Limited (PULS) for the six months ended December 31, 2025, reported a 75% decrease in Operating revenue totaling $68.15 million compared to $268.37 million in the corresponding period last year. Operating revenue for the second quarter had a 74% decrease to close at $34.74 million compared to $135.90 million for the comparable quarter of 2024.

Administrative and other expenses amounted to $33.21 million (2024: $138.03 million), this represents a decrease of 76% year over year. Consequently, operating profit decreased by 73% to $34.94 million compared to $130.34 million for the six months ended December 31, 2024. The company booked operating profit of $17.96 million for the second quarter versus $71.45 million reported for the similar quarter of 2024.

Unrealized fair value gains increased by 5% to close at $215.44 million (2024: $205.18 million).

No taxes were reported. As such, Net Profit for the six months amounted to $250.38 million, a 25% decrease from the $335.52 million reported in 2024. For the second quarter, Net Profit was $125.68 million (2024: $174.04 million).

Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the six months amounted to $0.04 (2024: EPS: $0.05), while Earnings Per Share for the quarter totaled $0.02 (2024: EPS: $0.03). The twelve-month trailing EPS was $0.04, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 6,522,952,176.

Notably, PULS’s stock price closed the trading period on March 06, 2026, at a price of $1.10 with a corresponding P/E ratio of 26.08x.

Balance Sheet Highlights

The company’s assets totalled $12.31 billion (2024: $12.13 billion). The movement in total assets was mainly due to a $488.87 million increase in Investment Property and a $194.79 downturn in Advertising Entitlements. Also, Investment properties held for sale decreased by $68.25 million during the period.

Shareholder’s equity was $9.86 billion (2024: $9.59 billion), representing a book value per share of $1.51 (2024: $1.47).
