R.A. Williams Distributors Limited (RAWILL) for the nine months ended January 31, 2026, reported a 21% increase in revenue, totaling $1.44 billion compared to $1.19 billion in the corresponding period last year. Finance costs for the nine months ended January 31, 2026, amounted to $56.22 million, a 6% increase relative to $52.82 million reported in 2025. Finance costs for the third quarter amounted to $19.38 million (2025: $14.04 million).
Profit before taxation for the nine months ended January 31, 2026 declined by 84% to $4.76 million (2025: $29.19 million). However, third-quarter performance showed a notable improvement, with profit before taxation increasing to $33.51 million compared to $14.58 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Consequently, earnings per share for the nine months amounted to $0.002 (2025: EPS: $0.012), while earnings per share for the quarter totaled $0.017 (2025: EPS: $0.008). The twelve-month trailing EPS was approximately $0.02, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 2,000,000,000.
Notably, RAWILL’s stock price closed the trading period on March 17, 2026 at a price of $0.39, with a corresponding P/E ratio of 67.33x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s assets totaled $1.63 billion (2025: $1.44 billion). This increase was attributable to inventories which amounted to $751.41 million (2025: $582.60 million).
