Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) has advised of the passing of Board Chairman, J.A. Lester Spaulding on Friday, November 17, 2017. Deputy Chairman Hon. Oliver F. Clarke O.J. will assume the responsibility of Chairman until the Board elects Mr. Spaulding’s successor.
