Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised that on March 18, 2020, the Board approved the following changes and appointments to the Company’s Board Sub-Committees:
- Mr. Gregory Shirley resigned as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee and was appointed Chairman of the newly established Nominations and Compensation Committee.
WIG has advised that Mr. Shirley’s reassignment is not as a result of any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any material issue impacting on the member’s ability to carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
WIG has further advised of the appointment of the following Directors as Chairpersons of the stated subcommittees as approved by the Board, effective March 18, 2020:

- Technical – Mr. Earl Barrett
- Corporate Governance – Ms. Georgia Gibson Henlin
