Special Advisory: 138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL)

138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) has advised that Mr. John Lee has resigned from the position of Chairman of the Board of 138SL and its subsidiary effective July 6th, 2018. Mr. Richard Byles has been appointed to the Board and will take up the position of Chairman of the Company, effective July 6, 2018. Mr. Lee will remain as a Director of the Board.

138SL has further advised that Ms. Donnette Scarlett has resigned from the Board effective July 6th, 2018 and her position as Director will be assumed by Mr. Richard Byles.
