138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) has advised that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held on February 11, 2025, revised the Corporate Governance Policy in respect of the respective Committee Chairmen to include: “The Chairman of the Committee shall hold office for a term of five (5) years, commencing from the date of appointment. Upon the expiration of the term, the Chairman shall be eligible for reappointment, subject to the approval of the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Chairman may resign by providing written notice or may be removed from office in accordance with the provisions of this Code and/ or the company’s articles and regulations. The Chairman of the Board shall not be Chairman of any Committee.”
