138 Student Living Limited (138SL) has advised that in accordance with the Terms of Issue of the Cumulative Redeemable Floating Rate Preference Shares 2044 as detailed in Schedule 11 of the Prospectus which was issued on 18th December 2014, the board resolves that the dividend accumulating since date of Issue and continuing up until the fourth (4th) anniversary so such date be computed at the Agreed Rate on the Issue Price of each Preference Share and paid by December 18th , 2018 to each registered holder on Register as of the record date of November 7th 2018.
