GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised of the divestment in its 30% stake in the Trident Insurance Company Limited of Barbados. The transaction was completed on May 8, 2017 with shares purchased by Leo Leacock & Company Limited and Asjam Holdings Limited who were existing shareholders in the Company.
