National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) has advised that at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 26, 2017 the proposed Scheme of Arrangement among NCBJ, NCB Financial Group and their respective shareholders ("the Scheme") was approved. NCBJ further advised that the Scheme was also approved at the Annual General Meeting of NCBJ held on January 27, 2017. Sanctioning of the Scheme is scheduled to be considered by theSupreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica on February 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
