Special Advisory: Access Financial Services Limited (AFS)

Access Financial Services Limited (AFS) has advised that the Company has reached an agreement to acquire a Florida based Consumer Finance Company. The successful completion of the acquisition will be subject to the satisfaction of all conditions of the Purchase Agreement and all applicable legal and regulatory approvals. The process is expected to be completed within 90 days.
