- Peter Chin has ended his leave of absence effective April 8, 2022, and is rejoining the Board in the capacity of Director
- Metry Seaga has resigned as Acting Chairman of the Audit & Finance Committee effective April 8, 2022
- Peter Chin was appointed Chairman of the Audit & Finance Committee effective April 8, 2022
