Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that on June 12, 2020, its Board of Directors approved a resolution for the tabling of a resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company relating to an Additional Public Offer (APO). At the AGM, to be held on July 6, 2020, stockholders will be asked to vote on and approve resolutions in respect of the undertaking of an APO by the Company.
