Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held virtually at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following Resolution: “PricewaterhouseCoopers of 72 Port Royal Street in the City and Parish of Kingston, be and is hereby appointed as Auditors of the Company, in place of BDO, Chartered Accountants, for the Company’s financial year ending September 30, 2026, and to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, at a remuneration to be agreed by the Directors of the Company and the Auditors.”
