Blue Power Group Limited (BPOW) has also advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 14, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Guardsman Group Limited headquarters, 107 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6. In addition to the normal business conducted at the AGM, the following resolutions will be introduced:
- Increase the authorised share capital of the company from 90,000,000 shares of no par value to 900,000,000 shares of no par value. (Article 49)
- Split each existing share of the company into 10 shares of no par value, increasing the issued share capital to 564,990,000 shares of no par value. (Article 50)
