Blue Power Group Limited (BPOW) has advised that Cotrade Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has signed an Agreement for Sale of property located at 17c Gordon Town Road, to Lumber Depot Limited (LUMBER). LUMBER operates its hardware store at the location. The property was previously occupied under a lease arrangement. BPOW has further advised that Cotrade has signed an Agreement for Sale, to purchase properties at 3 Victoria Avenue and 2 Cleveland Road, Kingston 16, from the incorporated Lay Body of the Church in Jamaica in the Province of the West Indies.
