Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised that the Directors of the Company have fixed Friday, August 14, 2020 as the record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company.  Formal Notice and details of the Meeting shall be mailed to shareholders, who as at the close of business on that date are listed on the Register of Members. A list of such shareholders will be available for examination by shareholders at the registered office of the Company, Rockfort, Kingston, during usual business hours.
