Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC)  has advised that the Board of Directors approved the formation of a committee to lead the development of a Dividend Policy to direct the administration, declaration and payment of dividends to shareholders of the Company. Subsequent to review and approval by the Board of Directors of CCC, the corresponding Dividend Policy shall be brought before the shareholders of the Company, for review and approval for implementation.
