Caribbean Cream Limited (KREMI) has advised that further to its notice on May 12, 2025, Mark McKenzie’s resignation as a Director and member of the Audit and Compensation Committees, is in no way related to any disagreement concerning accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, the remuneration arrangements of the Directors and senior officers of the company, or any other issue affecting these committees.
