Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances (CFF) has advised of the appointment of Mrs. Tania Waldron-Gooden BSc., MBA, as an Independent Director of the Board of Directors, effective March 13, 2026. CFF has further advised that Mrs. Waldron-Gooden has also been appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee, effective March 13, 2026.
