Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited (CPJ) has advised that a meeting of the noteholders of its Fixed and Floating Rate Unsecured Notes due 2023 was called by the Trustee, Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited (SIJL), for Friday, February 28, 2020 to consider certain matters relating to the financial covenants set out in the Trust Deed, inclusive of the effect of IRFS changes.
CPJ has further advised that the results of the meeting and any updates on the above will be communicated immediately after the meeting on Friday.
