i) Mr. Jason Fournillier will be transitioning from his role as Trade Marketing and Distribution Manager effective December 31, 2020 to a new role in the BAT Group.ii) Mr. Andre Pryce will be appointed as Trade Marketing & Distribution Manager effective January 1, 2021.iii) Miss Portia Darsoo will be transitioning from her role as HR Business Partner effective December 31, 2020 to a new role in the BAT Group.iv) Miss Kisha-Ann Brown will be appointed as HR Business Partner effective January 1, 2021.CAR has also advised of the resignation of Mrs. Ashleigh Arnold as Acting Company Secretary and Legal & External Affairs Manager with effect from December 11, 2020.
