Carreras Limited (CAR)has advised of the following appointments and resignation:

Mr. Paul Hanworth was appointed Director, Chairman Designate of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee with effect from September 20, 2021.

Mr. Novar Patrick McDonald was appointed Director, Chairman Designate of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Compensation Committee with effect from September 1, 2021.

Mr. Michael Bernard resigned as a Director and a member of the Nomination & Compensation, Trustees of the Superannuation Scheme and Audit Committee with effect from September 20, 2021. CAR has advised that Mr. Bernard’s resignation from the Audit Committee was not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or its members’ ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board of Directors
