Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised of the resignation of Mrs. Nirala Singh as a Director and a member of the Audit and Nomination and Compensation Committees effective April 15, 2023. CAR has further advised that Mrs. Singh’s resignation from the Audit Committee was not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or its member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board of Directors.
