Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that Mr. Andres Lorenzo has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Board of Carreras Limited and member of the Audit Committee, effective August 31, 2025. CAR has further advised that Mr. Lorenzo’s resignation from the Audit Committee was not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or its members ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board of Directors.
CAR has also advised that Mr. Andrey Kornilov has been appointed a Director of the Board of Carreras Limited effective September 1, 2025.
