Derrimon Trading Company Limited (DTL) has advised that the Company has completed the transaction to acquire control of FoodSaver New York, Inc. and Good Food For Less LLC as a going concern on the terms set out in its announcement on January 8, 2021. The final consideration was valued at US$8.9 million.

DTL has also advised that the Company has redeemed early, as of March 5, 2021, all of its 9% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares due 2021. DTL has made an application to the Jamaica Stock Exchange to have the DTL 9% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares due 2021 delisted from the JSE.
