Derrimon Trading Company Limited (DTL) has announces its entry into a definitive agreement to purchase the entire shareholding of Woodcats International Limited (“Woodcats”). DTL also advised that financing has been arranged by Mayberry Investments Limited and the transaction is expected to close within thirty (30) days.
